SoftSwiss Rewind 2018

While everyone is taking time to unwind, SoftSwiss would like to re-wind and re-view the moments that made 2018 great. The year, no doubt, brought about many challenges (we are looking at you GDPR). Yet, we have been honing our skills and consolidating our team to always be on the ball, come what may (still looking at you GDPR). So without further ado, here are all the wonderful things we managed to pull off during our working hours and beyond.

Bold New Steps Forward

You could say we hit the ground running at the start of the year with work already underway on our proprietary affiliate management platform. Backed by some of our most accomplished developers the project reached its major milestone - the creation of a customizable commission system that would let operators tailor their proposals and work models to any affiliate. The new software branched off from our integrated module into an individual entity, as, in fact, did the SoftSwiss collection of games, becoming BGaming.

We are immensely grateful to the operators, who partook in trying out the software and supplying valuable feedback. With many bumps already behind us the project is scheduled for a hard launch sometime 2019. Speaking of new launches...

17 New Casinos Launched

We do like to think that quality wins over quantity any day, and the year only backs up our beliefs. Several high-profile casinos such as BaoCasino, Spinia, N1 Casino and Paradise Casino made their debut on the SoftSwiss Casino Platform. As always, we have our sights set first and foremost on long-term collaboration with marketing and operations gurus, as well as professionals from the relevant verticals.

30+ Game Vendors Now Available to Choose From

With 8 new providers onboarded this year alone, the overall game count of the SoftSwiss Game Aggregator has surpassed 3,700 titles. SoftSwiss is happy to boast promising new collaborations with game vendors such as 1x2gaming, Iron Dog Studio, EvoPlay, Casino Technology, Vivo Gaming, Authentic Gaming, Igrosoft and ELK Studios. The 2019 integrations roadmap is set to be anything but exceptional with great names such as Quickspin to spearhead the line-up.

Game Aggregator Makes Great Strides

August saw the culmination of many months of work in bringing to fruition our collaboration with Germany’s most popular social casino Jackpot.de as part of the SoftSwiss Game Aggregator service. SoftSwiss’ own BGaming brand, as well as BetSoft and Pragmatic Play made their outing on the tv-publicized gaming platform. SoftSwiss worked alongside game providers to make the games compatible with the platform’s own virtual credit.

On the whole, we have noticed a high demand for quality Aggregation platforms and we certainly do not plan on giving up our reputed position in this domain.

The SOFTSWISS Family Grows Bigger

In 2018 the company has seen a 60% increase in staff to accommodate for the many new projects and planned developments we have in store. While we may be forgetting people’s names in the corridors, we are happy to warmly welcome everyone to our team and hope they share our ambitions for new breakthroughs in the new year.

What to Expect in the New Year

ICE London is always great and SiGMA 2018 was the much-needed cherry on top of the year. The conference is set to become a staple in our roster of trade shows and events.

With the restructuring of the licensing framework on Malta, SoftSwiss joined the new audit queue to guarantee full compliance with new directives. In the same vein of news, SoftSwiss was granted the Romanian B2B license to supply gaming content to Romanian online casinos and sportsbooks, opening doors for collaboration in the regulated market.

That did not end the red tape for the year, and SoftSwiss ventured out to apply for the Swedish national gaming license. The milestone would allow SoftSwiss to offer White Label solutions for the now regulated market of Sweden. We have our fingers crossed and hope that we do not have to settle for Ladonia instead.

See you in the year of new breakthroughs!
